What a glorious morning as five PAX showed up to work out both their bodies and minds. YHC has been serving on a jury for a major criminal case. While I can’t discuss the details of the case, I can share some interesting insights about North Carolina’s laws and prosecution process. We tested the AO at various locations and incorporated some of those learnings into our workout, which led to a well-rounded session and some great mumble chatter!
