Six gathered to celebrate the one-trick pony’s only trick: DORA with blocks. Who’d have guessed it!?
After a slightly different warm-up, and a loop around The Teeter, we each grabbed a block and a partner for:
100 block ‘Mericans
200 block swings
300 bock curls
partners ran 50 yards (or so) in the interim
We mixed in a few ab exercises
Diminutive second round: 100 block squats and a 50 yard run

Quick MARY with some real PT-style stretches, sanctioned by Airstream, and we were fin.
