At the top of the parking lot – 10 Merkins, working down to 1 at subsequent stops
Middle of parking lot – roll dice and subtract amount on dice from 11 and do that many burpees each time passing by
bottom of parking lot – 1 squat working up to 10 at subsequent stops
Did not have time to complete all 11s

- Great to have Matt out with us this morning. He has been running at Friday Fun Run for many weeks now and has said that he wants to join for the Wednesday workouts
- Also great to have Strudel and Shirley join at the Meatlocker.
- We got to know Matt and his background a little better this am
- Shirley and Strudel talked about empty-nests as those years are quickly approaching for some
- Mater texts at 5 am letting us know he isn’t going to make it because he was up too late watching baseball. We decided we would have texted at 11:30 pm instead of 5 am.
