Despite a very late pre-blast, Beave and Nextel joined me for way too many push-ups, squats, and ab exercises. The optional run was only optionated once each by Nextel and Beave, for about a quarter mile each. I ran exactly 0 miles on the recommendation of my overbearing physical therapist.
We waxed nostalgic about the upcoming cookie Q, which Nextel seemed intrigued about. We finished out with discussions of the fundraiser next weekend, the Christmas party, and the suffering around the world. We are indeed fortunate to live where we do and have the opportunity and abundance that so many never experience.
