Late and raising LITs


Sorry to ruin everyone’s weekend making you wait for this, but here is your general back blast from this past Friday’s amazing workout. We tried to tailor this to prepare for the first amazing run of the neck of the woods adventure race put on by our very own 9lives. 
what we did was something like this…

Warm up

Wall work, people’s chair, praying mantis, Carolina dry dock, mountain climbers

Leg stretch, calf stretch

Mosey to road

150 Squats

200 crunches

During the workout, we had both Eeyore and Mayhem lead us in some exercises and stretching. This is the leaders in training otherwise known as LIT that Roadie was so fond of. Seriously, good work by all and I appreciate DeepDish running such a great AO.
