3 of the fastest men in Isotope took on The Glen. Here is their story:
No wheel. YHC misses the wheel. Last Tuesday of the month used to yield hills, burpees, and awesomeness at FKT. That was our pursuit.
We ran to the The Glen. We performed a smorgasbord of lower body exercises at the bottom of the hill and burpees at the top for a full five repeats. Then we broke for the AO.
