”A tradition like none other” they say. Are they referring to the Masters in golf. No. They are referring to the Coffee Card at Ludicrous Speed.
Three pax met the Standard at 0500 for some miles. They joined another three who posted for the thang.

- MQ took the prerogative to pull the coffee card immediately following Fallout, with two other pax present. The PB went out and we celebrated the sweet freedom that our forefathers Black Eyed Pea and Calypso so wisely put in place when founding Ludicrous Speed.
There are two ways to pull it. The MQ prerogative or if Snake Eyes shows up and says “good morning gentlemen”. - Cobains to Crocs who saw an opening in the calendar and took the Q knowing YHC wasn’t wanting to run just yet. Thank you for your understanding, and participation in the coffee card.

Every time someone suggests dropping the back blast from Q duties, I think to myself, “if we’re focusing on our favorite part of the job and omitting the ‘hard thing’ then I want to skip the workout and just write a back blast.” And then Stray goes and does just that! Consider me intrigued. I almost posted this morning, but I wanted a couple miles of running without having to get up earlier so I opted for Suds OTB option instead, but I’ll be following Ludicrous PBs for the next opportunity to get full credit without full effort. BZ!
