FNG-1 = Pinto, Doubles’ brother and this was his VQ. Pinto arrived early and excited, laminated, folded weinke in hand. Sumthin’ was there… til he wasn’t. Wasn’t feeling well so said hello then headed out.
Writing this on behalf of Pinto on Friday evening after work, YHC’s memory will absolutely fail me, but overall Pinto crushed it with a great plan, an awful lotta core and running with bricks, and a nice job audibling when needed. Even studied the lexicon online and showed us a thing or two…
Warm-o-rama was in the deck where the pax gathered. Pinto doubled down on the SSHs without even meaning to or knowing it (cadence is new to an VQ, I suppose).
Then down to the basement to get bricks, which the pax would mosey with outside and into the grass (followed by great concern from the pax about moisture, ants and YHC’s white shoes).
Circle up and let’s have a look at Pinto’s weinke. Lots of core, with and without bricks. Laps with bricks, and a lotta shoulder exercises with the bricks.
Pinto blew through his own weinke (pause), but he came up with a couple more things then handed it to the pax for a round, then took control right back.
Then we’d mosey to put the bricks back, then back up to the gathering spot, then we’d do some post-activity stretching to close it out.
Nicely done, Pinto! Now let’s get this guy on the website!
Aye.
