0528 rolling up to the AO I say the Cheese “We’re probably going to be the only ones here today” Much to my surprise Iron Horse has already run a mile and Dirt is also there. A couple of minutes later and Travolta comes back from IR (broken ankle). No Q, so we take coupons (kettlebells and a weight plate) to the covered porch. We land on 1 minute on, 10 second rest/rotate for 5 stations. Then we rest… I mean MC for one extra minute. We do this 5 or 6 times. The stations are all JDS. Weight plate is 18 lbs, 14 kg kettle bell (30.9 lbs), 15 lb, 20 lb, 30 lb kettle bells as well. Imagine any exercise that can be done besides Turkish getups and that’s what we did. Lots of talking and discussions about current events in the news.
