Warmorama – all the classics. SSH, IST, Long snapper, toy soldier, first round of merkins x10 IC
Thang – keeping it simple today, merkins and abs. Tour of the AO. Merkins x10 IC at each stop for a total of 100, lots of core work, and a round of helping hands – which, despite Red’s protestations, is not a secret communist exercise. Finished with a merkin time bomb and back to base.
Moleskin – good crowd for a Friday the 13th edition of Emmaus. Great to have Blackberry back out – hopefully we see him on a more frequent basis in 2025. Confidence in running poorly timed red lights continues to grow with this group, so proud. Jedi with some great F2 leadership today helping us reflect on accomplishments over the last 90 days and throughout 2024. Lots of delegation getting done with this group, focus on financial stability, more quality family time, all positive. Looking forward to even more growth in 2025.

-Drebin will be coordinating a group of F3 Pax who wish to volunteer for western NC storm recovery efforts on 1/11 (likely in Burnsville). Please reach out to Drebin if you are interested in volunteering.

Invite a FNG or brother you haven’t seen in a while who’s a Kotter. Invite that #just1 who needs you more than you know (an invitation is a powerful thing brothers). If none of those work for you, just show up. No one will be left behind, but it all starts with the discipline to take one.
