Today was supposed to be a running with Painstations beatdown…however we had 2 today coming off of IR with Ankle/Knee issues. YHC can understand being on IR. With the wet ground we decided to play under the front covered area of the school with our kettle bells.
No Warmorama as we talked about what to do for too long. Sparrow might have turned 80 by the time we figured it out… Also shameless plug here. This is why we need to signup for Q’s because when we have a Q there is no figuring it out… we just get work done. With YHC off of work I volunteered as tribute to generate the backblast.
A short Tabata Something timer was set for 20 seconds of work and 5 seconds of “rest” or rather jump right to the next move… quickly moving as there is no real rest between sets.
