Pleasantly surprised with the turnout for 19 degree weather. Instructions were given in the parking lot to warm up however long you pleased then do 800s with a 400 recovery and be back in the parking lot by 6:15.
Everyone followed at least the instruction to be back by 6:15, not exactly sure what everyone did but lots of running in ovals. Ichabod’s beard was as frozen as Jack Nicholson in The Shining this morning.
