A bit of chill didn’t dissuade the half dozen pax who showed up!  Clark and Cheese were actually planning to join Meat Locker but ‘somebody’ overslept!  

Warm Up

SSH, Tie Fighter, WM, CP, Wine Press, SS, CR, 40 x LBC.

Work Out

short mosey lap then 40 x LBC .  Rock pile to pick your own poison.  Timed exercises of 60 seconds with 10 second rest.  Exercises were: curls, press, SC, squats, dead lift x 5.  Did 5 sets followed by short mosey lap with stop for 40 x LBCs.  Rinse and Repeat twice more.  Return rocks to the pile.

LBCs x 40.  Low Flutters x 20.  Total of 200 LBCs!  Gets Q back on track for 5000 in Jan!
