tough workout but Omaha likes to push us.

great group at DD hanging with the fission guys. My BEC bagel was admired by all but I felt a sense of judgement when I followed it with a donut. Conversation quickly turned to no carb diets. I turned away and engaged elsewhere. We workout so we can eat.
