Elmer’s Hosted a “Flight of the Estate” for Birthday Q


We should have a count for war daddy moving forward. At least I may have a chance to lead that! 

I did not have a Weinke for the day. I just wanted to have a nice tour of the Estate with little samplings, hence a “Flight of the Estate”.  It was a nice sampling of some old and new features of the best AO in F3. 

Warmarama: 

We moseyed to the lower soccer field for a warm up, circle up: 

  • 29 Side Straddle Hops (IC) to start (yes that adds up to 58) 
  • 10 IST IC
  • 10 Squats IC
  • 10 mountain climbers IC
  • 10 toy soldiers IC
  • i think that was it? 

The Thang: 

Line up for a sampling of the Kamikaze: – 

  • run across to the bottom of the first hill 
  • 5 WW2 sit ups
  • run to top of hill 
  • 10 squats 
  • run next hill 
  • 15 of something 
  • quadraphilia up the hill 
  • 20 of something?
  • run to next hill 
  • 25 of something Maybe LBC?
  • up to top of hill 
  • 30 side straddle hops

Take a little 10 count 

Pair up and do a Dora run and WW2 Sit ups 100 per team – “heavy pour / full pint” 

Mosey to the new shelter for: 

  1. Decline Merkins – 10 
  2. Step ups – 25 each leg 

Mosey to the school front door: 

  • Ball to the Wall (10 count from everyone) 

Mosey around the school to the wall: 

  • Peoples Chair
  • Touch them Heals 10 IC

mosey to the playground 

  • incline merkins – 10 IC
  • Australian pull up 10 

At what is remaining of the fence: 

  • We bear crawled through the fence: (OG F3 exercise) 

Mosey to the other parking lot Playground: 

  • back to partners and 100 LBC’s with 10 pull ups before the reverse. 

Most to the courtyard where I got my name (breaking the old wooden picnic table) 

  • four men per new metal table for a team curls (that is a new one) four men per table 

Mosey to walkway near the loading dock. 

  • Everyone straddling the walkway on the railings 
  • each person runs through the tunnel and around the wall and back 
  • take turns 
  • Try not to pass out or puke (Jingle) from the gas smell from the meter nearby.  (no sparks please) 

Mosey to the rock pile: 

  • circle up and enjoy the sunrise (it was a beautiful clear morning with the new moon sliver)
  • Curls – 10 IC
  • Skull Crushers – 10 IC 
  • Squats – 10 IC 

Mosey for Mary 

  • WW2 sit ups 
  • Box Cutters
  • Shoulder Touch Merkins

Moleskin

I can’t believe this is my 11th Birthday in my F3 life.  My home is the estate (my first AO) and I appreciate Snake Eyes taking over the MQ.  We had a great time tasting the flights of the Estate.  We still covered less then 50% of the many areas and exercise options at the amazing AO. 

Of course, I enjoyed my bagel after the workout!! Stay Warm!
