Great to have Mater back at the Meatlocker after a few week’s off. Shakeweight also took some time out of his busy running schedule to join us. Great to have him join. CT has become a regular at Meatlocker. Great to see him also.
- When Shakeweight told us how many calories he burned this morning at the workout, Mater said that he had Peach Cobbler and Ice Cream last night, or was it blueberry cobbler?
- Mater showed no signs of his back injury this morning, in fact, stating his back felt better at the end of the workout.
- We talked all things Swamp Rabbit
- CT and I worked through the exercises as designed, while Mater and Shake did their own thing, BUT HEY, it is still work. Great job guys.
- Mater now loves Atlanta
- Shakeweight can take the Dandy off tomorrow after today’s workout, but I bet he still show up.
