5:25 and I started thinking about going back to bed. 5:28 two white vehicles approached me from opposite sides of the parking lot and those thoughts left me  quickly, dang it. 5:30 POS rolled in and 5:31 66 snuck out of his Tesla. We formed a solid group of 5 in less than 3 minutes and started off!

run to the back corner, grab a block. SSH, Toy soldiers, slippery dip cans, merkins and mountains climbers to start us off.

Supersets of 2 exercises, 10reps each x3, run a lap between each superset.

Bicep Curls & Skullcrushers

Bent over row & Assisted Pull Up

Superset 3: Chest

Chest Press & Wide Merkins

Superset 4: Glutes

Glute Bridges &  Donkey Kicks

Superset 5: Core

Seated shoulder press & Russian Twists

Superset 4: Legs

Jump Squats & Bulgarian Split Squats

Finisher:

20 Kettlebell Swings

10 Manmakers
