A little extra with run to island and back!

We started at 5:31 and Lone Star was on time!  We ran by MQ Cubicle coming in late but he is on the IR so he worked on close to homebase and met us for COT and coffeteria.

Warm up at Walgreens: SSH 15x, IST 10x, TS 10x, Windmill 10x, Copperhead 10x

It took me a while to mumble out IST.  I called out Cobra instead of Copperhead and Centerfold corrected me.  I think I may go back to calling it the slow squat!

The Thang:

Run to Kenton Place circle, merkins 10x, plank alt toe touch 20, heels to heaven 10x

Run to financial building.  I called it John Hancock, but Hippie quickly corrected me and said you mean Edward Jones.  When you got there the actual names of the building was Raymond James so both Hippie and I were incorrect.  We exercised near the Bull!  Diamond Merkins 10x, shoulder touch 20, W 10x.

Run to the end of the causeway where the island starts, Wide merkin 10x, Side plank with reach 20, freddy merc 20x.

We took a short cut on the way back thru the townhome neighborhood.  We thought we had to jump the wall but just had to go around the gate and we eventually made it back to catawba ave.  Next stop was at the church on the corner.  Pax choice of merkin type 10x, plank choice 20, ab/Mary choice 10x.

Run back to homebase.  We were a little over mileage at approx 3.34-3.5 depending on watch.

Mulligan was the silent assassin as usual, keeping quiet and getting it done!
