A big group of F3’s finest men joined Airstream for the weekly run down Torrence Chapel. We had a little bit of everything; walkers, Ruckers, weighted vests, 3 milers and 5 milers. Good to have a few Sudz regulars, a few Sudz kotters and a few new Sudzers.
Centerfold and Cousin Eddie set a blistering pace for their 5 miles.
Feel like you need to work on your running, your aerobic capacity, want to try a weighted vest, come on over to Sudz and start the challenge.
