The Herd of Sudz Run continues to grow, 2 veteran Pax joined the Torrence Chapel run this morning for the first time. Shadow joined the fun and veteran long time “no see you”Jazzhands showed up. Caeser saw Jazzy on the morning bus commute and EHed him to come back out. Nice work done by Caeser and great to have Jazzhands back out. Keep it going.
Different paces and distances this morning, a few runners on IR pushed themselves as their injuries allowed, one of us, No Rope, ran like Steve Prefontaine this morning so he did a solo 5. The rest of the Pax did 2-5 miles.
Those of us who did not have to run off to work stayed for coffee and fellowship!
Thoughts and prayers continue for CE mother.
With Easter coming we thanked the Lord for his ultimate sacrifice he made for all us. Love our families, love our friends and more importantly love those we disagree with.

I had to Google Steve Prefontaine. I had never heard of Apolo Ohno before F3, either. I guess my ignorance of sports extends into the less-mainstream varieties as well! Next research project: who is this Muhammad Ali guy and what does he have to do with Cassius Clay?
