Warmorama was normal and then we went down to the school for our first set of:

Mosey back to the kettlebells for the first round every minute on the minute. Exercises were merkins, curls, skullcrushers, bent over row, Carolina Dry Dock, medicine ball squat throws, shoulder press. We did 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest with rotation.
We then lunge walked and did a lap. Then, you guessed it, we repeatoed the whole thing.
We ended with mary and mobility. Recover, recover.
