5 studly gentleman (Hollywood jargon) showed in the GLOOM for a long hiatus Q from YHC. Pulling up to the AO @5:25am I began to worry because there weren’t other cars/vehicles. “Did YHC not see a post about a new parking location?” However, the clown car arrived, then the MQ arrived and PAX Centerfold. Glad to see these studly gentleman.

Mosey lap around 2 parking lot islands in case of late comers.

Warm O Roma #1 – arm circles backwards & forward, then larger arm circles and then Michael Phelps warmup. ISTs IC X 15. Mosey to side of Fleet Feet.
Warm O Roma #2 – SSHs IC X 15, runners stretch each side for 5 count hold, middle hang for 5 count hold. Mosey to the entrance of the Greenway
Warm O Roma #3 – SSHs IC X 10, long snapper IC X 15. Mosey down the Greenway, under bridge to Rubbermaid and stop at the bottom of the Hollywood Hill
Hill of Fire – each PAX calls an exercise, however only the other PAXs perform the exercise called, while the PAX who calls the exercise runs up the Hill. 2 rounds
Sopranos exercises: Ws & jump squats
Centerfold exercises: slow squats & ISTs
Deep Dish exercises: shoulder touches & SSHs
Holiday exercises: 15 plank jacks, then plank holds & alternating lunges
Greyhound exercises: Peter Parkers & Dieing Cockroach
Quadrupilia up the Hill, then each PAXs does curb Mericans until the 6 gets to the top of the Hill and completes 10 curb Mericans. Mosey to the closest side wall of the movie theater.
Wall work – people’s chair with overhead press. Praying Mantis IC X 10. On your 6 for wall assisted LBCs IC X 10 & glute bridge holds X 4. Praying Mantis IC X 10 but 1 block lower on the wall from previous. Repeato LBCs IC X 10 & glute bridge holds. Mosey to flower box across from the movie theater.
Flower box work – thread the needle IC X 10, inclined Mericans IC X 10, dips IC X 10. Repeato but drop Mericans & dips reps to 5. Mosey back to launch.

Jerry Petty recently passed away on Easter. Hearing from other PAXs that he made quite an impact within the NASCAR community and medical profession. PAX Burning Bush’s M for medical condition causing dizziness while standing.
