20 pax for a 5k and pain stations. 1 man posted for a solo workout as he searched for us. Soprano – KR hours are not followed at Java.
we had 6 painstations along the way:
- warm-o-rama in the cinema parking lot
- push-o-rama on the greenway,
- leg-a-palooza at the Robbins Park tennis courts,
- plank-o-rama at Elevation Church,
- 6MOM for abs (in Birkdale shopping center) and
- a final COP where we did 10 reps of "The Burpee" at the cinema. Not to worry, Outlaw stayed true to his promise.
Moleskin:
- Tagless set the pace and navigated; Crablegs and Frogger were there with him. Callahan was out in front with Sudz, when they pulled a classic Outlaw move. It's not a race, guys (…unless I'm in the lead).
- 9-Lives took the 6 at my request and several other kept him company
- Canuck travelled from the PRoD; Axel drove up I-77 to join us; Scrum (Ramrod's brother) travelled down from Michigan yesterday just so he could join us…see what the rest of you are missing! Don't take this F3 thing for granted. Where will Scrum post tomorrow? He never misses a workout.
- Eeyore came of the DL to get in his first workout in about 2 weeks.
- Everyone went home better for it. Nobody pulled a muscle…that I'm aware of.
- Caesar resisted the temptation to end his workout early as we passed his house in Robbins Park. And, his v.2.0 deftly avoided us on his way to work. Thanks for paying attention JT.
As always, it was an honor to lead this fine group of men. Thanks for the opportunity!
