There are those days when you simply want to sleep….just sleep in. You WANT to fartsack, NEED to fartsack, but just KNOW that IF you do, you'll be in deep doodoo. Today was NOT one of those days for YHC. YHC was up early, ready to go, and excited to see many PAX assembled at 5:25, having passed Brushless, Manhands and Chief who rucked and Loveshack, who solo ran for #thestandard. Here's how the formal administration of pain went down today…….
Warm Ups: IC SSH 20, ISSQUATS 15, CP'S 10, WM'S 10, CDD'S 15, 5 8 count body builders. Mozy to short wall, PYRAMIDS (sets of 12, 10, 8) of Inclines, Dips, and jump/step-ups. Tro in 5 8-counts to loosen up a bit more. Mozy acrost the street to 2nd, more impressive wall.
The Thang: Hummer 4 x 4. Pardner up, 4 excercises. Each exercise is executed rep by rep until exhaustion, without rest, by one partner while the other rests, mumblechatters, bellyaches, has a cig, or simply sucks wind (like YHC). Switch and repeat 4x's. Peter Parkers, sit-ups, Mericans, sit-outs. 5 more 8 counts in there somewheres.
Mary: Toy Soldiers 15, JLo's 10 (Q thought he was doing pickle pounders, but was QUICKLY corrected by the ever so diligently anal pax.

-Jambalaya, nice work, keep it up, you are awesome!
-Our respects rocked it today, all were amazing, including my pardner Ticktock, and also Usain, Lear, Deepend, and Cupcake
-This Q was modified, and was supposed to take place around the four corners of our home building, but one YHC discovered the parking lot would be full by 6, the pain administration locales (PAL's) had to be changed.
-Lots of positive feedback, excoriating mumblechatter, and utter protesting/ignoring/fillibustering/tantruming regarding my beloved sit-outs as the last excercise…..man I love this pax!
-Brushless, sorry about the lack of communication regarding the lack of running, but you would have been a perfect powerhouse for these exercises.
