We ran the typical route with some minor alterations. We skipped the 3rd bang to make extra time to run the side street behind the condos and go around the back of the movie theater. Total mileage was 4.54 allegedly, but pretty close to that anyway.
Not bad for just ballparking it.
TF turned 54 today. Prayers for my aunt who passed last week and Airstream’s friend who lost his daughter. We prayed for all those who have suffered a loss and for families coping with that transition.
Great work from everyone. We had a few that pushed the pace most of the way and others who are still building up their running legs and just about everything in between.
As always, I was encouraged and grateful to be along with others just moving one step in front of the other.
