A Brickless Christmas in July

6 Pack of Men met at Christ Community Church for an offseason Christmas beatdown a.k.a. the Brickmas Tree.  Seeing that this is July and about 110% humidity and 80 degrees at 0530, we left the bricks behind.  Bagboy was far away in the land of the Republic of Davidson, but was sending good vibes.  Hippie was missed as well.

COT DINGO

1.  Sorry YHC was hobbling around N. Meck Park.  Two words:  Adult Soccer.  I wish I had a better excuse.

2.  The Stationary Workouts literally suck the life out of you in this heat.  No bricks needed in July.

3.  Dingo was the warbaby at 36.  He brought his dog this AM with blinkie light.  She's a very cute boxer and we all got a few licks to the face during planks.  Thanks!

4.  Lots of PAX sore from #JollyBall and posting so we focused on our hammies for Mayhem and Kosar said his traps were blown up.  Sorry don't have a trap stretch.

5.  Good to see Fescue and Stapler.  Nice to have a small group of men for a change and really get some good 2nd F while we workout.

Until Next Time,

Scrappy
