A chalking good time


Who would of thought a single piece of chalk would break so many men…

Warmup.

We did the typical things this YHC normally does for a warmup.

The Thang:  

Round 1= 50, Round 2=25

Run around the square.  Stop at each stop and exercise.   Spring to the next stop.

Station 1:  Goblet Squat

Station 2: Mountain Climbers

Station 3: Single Arm Dumbell Swing

Station 4:  Merkin

Station 5: Bent Over Row.

Station 6: Incline Chest Press

Mosey to Lowes

50 Curls, Sprint to the bench, 50 dips

40 Kettle Clean, sprint to the bench, 40 dips.

30 Military Press, 30 dips.

Mosey back to circle for Mary

Bell Assisted Low Flutter.
