Jaws and 4Banger started some shenanigans in a #pb.  In the parlance of today’s youth YHC “clapped back” with a banging convergence.

8 pax (including 2 4Banger regulars) posted at 0515 for 6 miles of scattered showers and isolated hills.

Good run.  Great conversation.  Coffee was good as always.

COT happened in Snake Eyes fashion.

• AMPM did Dragon Slayer and then a 6+ mile evening run yesterday.  Then posted 6+ in the rain today.  Because the plan called for it.  Awesome discipline we can all learn from.
• Tantrum is a shopper now.  He has posted more here in 2023 than any of the other [sub-par] Friday running AOs.  And our pax is better for it.
• What I learned today:
  • Hotbox was on today.  Full of energy, running free and easy, keeping the conversations flowing.  I think he actually chatted all of us up at some point.  Then he ran some extra with AMPM.  So be a Hotbox; when your cup overflows, pour it out on those around you.
