A Couple Laps at True Grit

Five shook off the chill and got to work early at True Grit this past Saturday. 

Warmup:

  • Take a mosey through the parking lot mixing in side shuffles, carioca, butt kickers and finish up at COP.

COP:

  • SSH x 20
  • Windmill x 20
  • Merkins x 15
  • IST x 20
  • Squat x 20
  • Merkin Time Bomb 10-1

Workout:

  • ?Station 1
    • ?5 dead hang OH pullups
    • 20 Merkins
    • Run about 100 yds to Station 2
  • Station 2
    • 20 LBCs
    • 20 WWII situps
    • Run about 100 yds to Station 3
  • Station 3
    • 20 Lunges
    • 20 Squats
    • Run about 100 yds to Station 4
  • Station 4
    • 10 Burpees
    • 10 Helping Hands
    • Run about 100 yds back to Station 1
  • Repeato with the following exercises
    • Station 1 – 5 Dead Hang UH pullups and 20 Diamond Merkins
    • Station 2 – 20 Mason Twists and 20 Ws
    • Station 3 – 20 Side Lunges and 20 Squats
    • Station 4 – 10 8-count Bodybuilders
  • Grab a cinder block
    • Jack Webb 1-8

Mary:

  • Low Flutter x 20
  • Crunchy Frog x 15

  • ??Great to back to Q True Grit, it has been a while.  Speaking of that, we'll need a Q for the next two weeks please.
