- Run about 100 yds to Station 4
- Station 4
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Helping Hands
- Run about 100 yds back to Station 1
- Repeato with the following exercises
- Station 1 – 5 Dead Hang UH pullups and 20 Diamond Merkins
- Station 2 – 20 Mason Twists and 20 Ws
- Station 3 – 20 Side Lunges and 20 Squats
- Station 4 – 10 8-count Bodybuilders
- Grab a cinder block
