There was lots of Mumble Chatter about running the long hill by the Greenway. In Toxic's words "This is just stupid". Unfortunately, I have to ruck a mountain in a month, so you guys got to be part of that practice.
Toxic really wanted us to Walk Crab up the parking ramp. Fortunately for everyone, I've done that before and it is impossible.
Jersey Boy didn't seem to be phased by the workout and kept adding his own Merkins (so we added more sets of Merkins as well).
I wasn't really planning on doing 50 Low Flutters, but Goat keep cheering to keep going. I think he and I are the only pax who did the last 20.
I knew Landline woudn't disappoint with the slow Merkins to finish. 160 total.
