YHC made his triumphant return to a new and improved, and in some ways, old and the same, Mighty Jungle. The bearded one has done a great job reviving this fantastic AO. The PAX arrived in waves, very few at first and then boom, a flurry of activity. YHC’s back up plan of going straight to coffee was ended before it began. Thats ok, it was a good day for a tour of the AO, which was the primary plan.
The disclaimer was provided, and the 2nd bell finished ringing and off we went. We moseyed to the pull-up bars for the warmup:

The main event:
Everyone grab a block. While handing them out, YHC saw a giant bug which he had to share with all, It was the size of a lacrosse ball and was hanging out in a block. Everyone was impressed and YHC returned the bug block to the pile and carried on with the workout.

YHC is usually running on Saturdays, which results in a lot of missed bootcamps. It was great to pull so many runners into a BC today. There will be more, as you can’t beat this as a way to start the weekend.
The great vibes carried over to a lively coffeteria, complete with Pup Cups and all…
Prayers around the circle for The Force, Beave, Vandelay, Omega, Knockout, and the unspoken prayers.
Now is the time to register for the Christina Latini 8K in March. Check the calendar and sign up for a Q. You will not be sorry if you do. You will be if you don’t.
Until next time I SYITG

Great start to the day. Thank you UM
Thanks AS! Great having you there supporting MJ!
Thanks for the great lead this morning. It was invigorating to have the larger numbers, and I sincerely hope this part of your backblast is prophetic: “…there will be more, as you can’t beat this as a way to start the weekend.” 🤗
Absolutely! Long run Sundays sound great to me 😀
