Moleskin:

I want to start with the moleskin if you don't mind

Thank you to everyone who came out last minute to show support, it means the world to me. Sometimes I get to wrapped up in exercising and forget that the best part of F3 is the brotherhood. Losing a brother has been more difficult than I could have imagined, but I know you will all help get me through.

My family and I have learned some important lessons through this ordeal, please take a moment to contemplate them:

– Pay attention to your health, you are not the only one your healt impacts.

– Make sure you are not the only one that can access your finacials, phone/laptop, email, ect… Your wife/parents/lawyer/ect needs to know how to access important information should you pass away suddenly. Trying to resolve this after someone passes is very difficult. SEE: Trying to unlock a phone with facial recognition at an open casket service.

– Write a will! I don't have one, but you can be sure I will shortly. This isn't just something the elderly should have.

– Don't underestimate the cost of a funeral, be prepared for $10k at a minimum. Be sure you have enough insurance to keep your family afloat and that they know the policy details.

– Tell your family you love them, and make sure your priorities are in the right place. My brother and I hadn't talked since we saw each other at Christmas. It wasn't for any particular reason, life just got in the way unfortunately.

If you are the donating type, please consider giving to a fund setup for my brothers son, Wells. https://www.gofundme.com/f/austin-boyd-memorial-fund

42 PAX posted to the Blender to support YHC as he deals with the loss of his older brother, Austin. Austin was 38, and is survived by his wife Lee and son Wells. Most stayed for the ketllebel beatdown, some ran with the Gaga crowd (something about training for the great dusty dunes of the Grand Canyon)
