7 pax mustered up at 131 Main with nothing but their kettlebells and a hankering to get stronger. This is their story.
YHC went to the backblasts to find some inspiration for todays workout. I stumbled across a beatdown from the UNC/Durham area, modified it a little bit and let her rip.

Tclaps to everyone who came out. Lots of great options on monday and we had a great crowd out at MMM.
2 pax met the standard for 2.1 miles and we got in 9 laps during the beatdown which equalled out to another 2 miles. Not bad for a kettlebell beatdown.
The beatdown was tough but the pax pushed through and kept the mumblechatter rolling throughout the workout with the more seasoned pax teaching the younger pax important lessons of life.
Thanks for having me out metallica.Congrats on the MQ spot! I really like the dual master Q system. It really takes alot of pressure off of the master Q. Excited to see how it turns out. It was a good time this morning, I'm definitley feeling it now. See yall again in the gloom soon.
