With MQ DonHo DR for the week, YHC stepped in to lead GAGA at Robbins Park this morning.
12 pax came looking to run, albeit for various distances and at various paces.
Today's a la carte GAGA Menu consisted of:
- 3 mile Standard launching at 0500
- 6 x 800 at 10k pace (roughly, adjusted for humidity) launching at 0530
- EZ run to Blythe Landing and back launching at 0530
- COT (all pax) at 0615

- TClaps to Daisy, who was already a sweaty mess by 0500 on account of having run 2 miles into the AO (and later ran 2 miles home). Nice work!
- F3 Alphabet (from Metro) and YHC took turns leading some beatdowns while vacationing in Sunset and OIB (respectively) last week. Alphabet saw a truck with an F3 sticker on it in Sunset, and left a note on it, inviting its mystery pax owner to join us for a beatdown, but to no avail. This morning, Breakfast Club revealed to YHC that he was the mystery pax! Small world….
