A little bit of chatter, a lot more pain.

It was a perfect morning to shed some sweat in the LFC parking lot. 22 pax showed up for YHC VQ beat down. YHC quickly found the VQ learning curve as the programing proved to be a bit convoluted for the group. This is probably good as it saved us bear crawling the entire length of the parking lot two times. Next time things will be better optimized for higher volumes and MORE PAIN!

YHC was happy to see hear the chatter pick up a bit later in the workout, a lot was promised leading up to Friday. YHC felt like he had gas left in the tank after the workout, but come Saturday morning was introduced to the concept of Qdrenaline. YHC felt like he had been hit by a train.

Great effort by everyone, thanks for making this a great VQ. Apache had been mentioning F3 to me at work for months, but I had always shrugged it off and went to the gym instead. The last month or so has been great, I have been enormously impressed with F3, and am proud to be part of it.

Prime time, Freepass, and Apache kept the chatter strong. Scrappy as usual bear crawled faster than most of us can run. I don't know enough other names to have good notes… but I'll get there. I tried my best to follow the lexicon, but some habits are hard to break. Send any pointers on how to improve, and see me at Mad Scientist on the 1st.
