The usual: WM,TS,ST, MC, UP/D Dog, SS, calf raises, Stairway to Eleven

Main Event
Start with 10 x  Lunges at bottom of lot, mosey to top for +1 merkin.  Rinse/Repeat for 10 cycles.

Rock pile:  pick your own.  Two cycles of curls, presses, SC, Rows, dead lift, squats.
