7 men rolled out of the fartsack to battle with the Monster Mile. The Monday morning crowd seemed a little thinned out after last weeks run in with the lady of the night. Never the less we headed out with the group we had. 6 of us took a warm up lap so that we could have our warmup COT at the parking lot so that Chief and Motorboat would not have to hunt us down. Everyone showed up ready to go and get down to business-Plan was to work mostly legs today but after the time spent at the picnic tables, everyone forgot about the tired legs and headed back across the street with our arms hanging down low.-Has anyone noticed that DeepEnd has become one of the most consistent pax at the workouts. Great to see you out most every morning and getting stronger everytime.-Big day for Tick-Tock tomorrow. He has his virgin Q tomorrow.
