I brought FNG Philippe who was visiting me from Charlottesville. We hung out late and had a few drinks the night before so it was rough getting up but we made it. Yosemite, thanks for the ride!
Our first mosey across the street to Cowboy was a little dangerous with many cars, one of the PAX said they felt it was like playing frogger.
Atlas was complaining about all of the running so I added lunge walks and backward running.
The running also kept Titan a little more quiet than usual.
I actually did not realize how much ground we covered until the mileage count at the end at 2.5 miles.
Thanks to Titan, Hollywood, Craker Jack, Wonder Bread, and Hat Trick for the Mary exercises. Cracker Jack’s count messed me up so much that I cannot remember his exercise.
