Warm up –
We started with some jumping jacks and slow squats to warm the body.
Work out –
5 Burpees (run lap), 15-20 curls (run lap), 15 squat press (run lap), 20 KB swings (run lap) & 10 KB v-ups (run lap)
Do this circuit 5 times
Summary –
- Caboose pushed through with a injured calf – Get that thing Caboose – good push
- Flo and I both had to work the pickle juice out from the weekend – good to have you there
- Bam Bam needed to hack it up and did that well while running the full distance
