A man of his word, Thursday Dandelion said he would show up for Saturday’s workout. As I emerged from the woods it was clear he was in the truck ready to peel out if alone but greeted me with glee as we joined forces.

Pain stations:
Back playground: counter is 20 x step ups, other stations- pull ups & hanging toe touches and then 15 xAustralian rows and 15 x Incline Mericans.
Back to AO and quadrafelia up to LBH and 30 WWIs.
Front playground: 15x willy worms, 30 x dips on bench, 20x squats, 10x burpees
Repeato 1.5 more times before we ran out of time.
Reflection: Words of wisdom sprinkled throughout, I lost count of all the good Dandelionisms… “Run to it and not away from it” and something about how detailing vehicles is like taking care of your M.
