My first Q at the Mighty Oak. Thankfully 2 other men joined who weren’t afraid of a little rain in the forecast. We managed to appease the rain gods with our display of fitness just long enough to stay mostly dry. Here’s how it went down.
Proper disclaimer was read aloud and was mutually assented to by all parties. Workout at your own risk and modify as needed.

Head to the front of the school for some step-ups. Partner up. 500 step-ups – partner 1 does step-ups while partner 2 runs a lap around the school, switch. Each partner ended up getting in 4 laps total. But since Estwing and Mulligan crushed it we had 15 mins still to kill.

- Thanks to Mulligan and Estwing for showing up and putting in the work, 1.55 miles total according to Estwing’s internet watch
- Way too humid for January, but it’s a welcome reprieve from the recent frigid temps
- Estwing has issued a Patch Challenge for Mighty Oak – Q 4x and post 12x at the Oak and you’ll earn a sweet patch designed by the MQ himself!
- Thanks to Estwing for encouraging me to lead this morning.
- Until next time.
A 3-pax, 2-partner exercise (he types with a slight head tilt and a questioning eyebrow raised). Is that common core math?

Would have worked much better with another partner, but alas, no Stray this morning. Probably too busy doing pull-ups to join us.
