I know I'm missing a few so chime in below.

Some of us in TPR were looking forward to our NanTan, Jolly Roger, leading us in the workout this AM. Heck, even Mailman drove down from Truck City for the occassion. However, as the clock inched it's way to 5:30, there was no sighting of Jolly or his Prius. So, YHC took over. Of course, this lead to immediate mumblechatter.

We warmed up with SSH x 15 IC (make a note, if you Q in Davidson we only do 15 SSH's, if you do more I will speak up, asky Burnsy and Two Buck), Soy Bean Pickers x 10 IC, Mountain Climbers x 15 IC, IST x 10 IC, Stretching.

Off to DUMC, where I instructed the pax to brick up two bricks. After a quick hello to the AES group led by Chim Chim, we made our way down to Carrburritos. At the top of the hill we started with Alternating Curls, bottom of the hill 5 Burpees with the bricks, up the other hill for 10 single count Merkins OYO. Back to the starting point for Alternating Curls and Skull Crushers, bottom of the hill 5 Burpees, top of the other hill LBC's while facing uphill. Back to the starting point, Alternating Curls, Skull Crushers, Presses, bottom of the hill for 5 more Burpees, top of the other hill for 10 Squats. Back to the starting point for Alternating Curls, Skull Crushers, Presses, and Side/Front Arm Raises, to the bottom of the hill for 5 more Burpees. Over to DUMC the back way. Surprise, surprise, the AES group had not moved…signature Chim Chim workout. We put the bricks up and headed to the old IB school for a few rounds of People's Chair. Over to the pull up bars (thinking of you, P'Diddy) for 5 Pull Ups, 10 Merkins, and 15 Squats. Back to The Green to meet up with the AES crew for Mary.

Moleskin:

  • I say it everytime I Q, it's an honor to lead such a fine group of men. Thank you
  • This morning was particularly fun with Easy, Sauce, Capt. America, MInd Freak, and Mailman providing the mumblechatter. Heck, even Fidel chimed in a few times.
  • A few good lines form this morning…
    • Everyone's here Duvall, you set the pace (Easy)
    • Capt. America asking if I had a pacemaker
    • Based on my cadence, someone questioned if my "pacemaker" went out of rythm
    • Are these the exercises they do in the old folks home (Sauce)
  • Once again, thank you gentlemen
