With kettlebells aplenty, the pax read from the Book of “Arm”aments, and the number of the counting shall be THREE and THREE pax shall be the number of the counting.

The THREE pax hoisted, swung, lifted, elevated, carried, conveyed and even mobilized in and around the kettlebells.  The pax took several field trips to the bars where there was additional pulling, curling, hanging and clinging.

By the end of the proceedings we were strengthened to our cores, mobilized and had significantly improved our cardio-vascular capabilities.  We adjourned to coffee where we encountered the Caboose riders for wide-ranging conversation and free refills.  

A good time was had by all.
