A Reluctant Q

The Q was tired and sore. He was literally praying that no one would show up so he could go back home and lie on the couch. However, prayers were not answered and there were cars in the parking lot. An audible expletive was uttered. Then we got underway

 

Warmarama

  • SSH x 30 IC
  • Slow Squat x 10 IC
  • Mountain Climbers x 15 IC

Run to the school columns.

The Thang

Wall sits

  • Touch dem heels x 10 IC
  • Calf raise x 10 IC

Rest for a second.

  • Seal claps x 10 IC
  • Air press x 10 IC

Rest for a second.

  • Calf raise x 10 IC
  • Hold wall sit.

Run back to kettlebells.

  • Curl x 10 IC
  • OH Press x 10 IC
  • Skull crusher x 10 IC
  • Lawn Mower x 10 IC
  • Sumo Squat x 10 IC

Shake it out. Repeato. (At this point Cubicle comes screaming in to join the workout. 0555 = right on time)

Run a long lap.

  • 10 Pullups OYO (except the injured Q)
  • Bent over row x 10 IC
  • Upright row x 10 IC
  • Drop Lunge x 10 IC (each leg)

Mary

  • KB Hip Dips x 10 IC (each side)
  • Slow LBC x 10 IC
  • Slow LBC with hands on quads x 10 IC
  • Toe Touches x 10 IC
  • WWII Sit ups x 20 SC
  • Plank hold

Recover. Recover.

  • I really really did not want to post this morning, let alone Q. Thank you for keeping me accountable. Even though it hurts, it was worth it.
