Unfortunately the Original Q, Toby, had to be DR, so YHC grabbed the Q as a replacement. Hopefully YHC did not disappoint for those who expected the superior Q skills of Toby.
In an attempt to fill Toby’s shoes, the Q went something like the following.

Ladder – 11 reps in total each round, with declining count starting with 10 Carolina Dry Docks then run the length of the side parking lot and inclining count of squats, alternating until 1 Carolina Dry Dock & 10 squats.
The Thang – starting at the right side of the clubhouse parking lot do 10 Mericans, then run to the next corner of the parking lot for 20 Squats and at the circle in front of the clubhouse do 30 LBCs, reverse the order.
Benches, Bike Racks & Tables – bench dips X 12 count, 10 step ups each leg X 10 count, inclined Mericans X 10 count, repeato
Mobility moment & Mary – pigeon, slow count squats into core rotations X 5 each side. PAX Ponch called Big Crunch X 10 count, PAX Frontier called scissors (Q may have incorrect name of this exercise?) X 5 count, PAX Toxic called Mission Impossible X 5 count.
