So many traditions have popped up at several AO's in the region so I got to thinkin over the shutdown…..Darn, Samson needs something like that!!! Took the priviledge and the honor of trying to start a tradition on the Second Samson (that would be the 2nd Thursday) of the month to do a workout that emerged during the shutdown as the Samson Suicide!!! Here is how the First Samson Suicide went down:

SSH x 15IC; IST x 15IC; CP X 10IC; WM X 6 IC (I know!); TS X 10 IC…….Grab a block and line up along the hedge!!!

So you already know the suicide route and we would do that to 5 different islands and back.
Phase 1: Ascending Merkins by 1 at each island; when you return to the start, 1 block burpee each time……Toxic correctly referred to this as a Blurpee!!
Phase 2: Ascending Squats by 2 at each island; when you return to the start, 2 blurpees each time……not much comment at this point in the workout……
Phase 3: Ascending CDD by 3 at each island; when you return to the start, 3 blurpees each time……many were questioning Bob Ross Blurpee technique……
Phase 4: Ascending Lunges by 4 at each island, when you return to the start, 4 blurpees each time……
Final Stats: 15 Merkins; 30 Squats; 45 CDD; 60 Lunges; 60 Blurpees and all the running in between!!!
Put the blocks back and Mosey to launch point for…..
