4 pax emerged at Fission in the gloom, wondering where everyone else was (Wilderness and IronPax, apparently). We circled the parking lot stalling for any potential latecomers, then did a warm-o-rama and headed to Mt. Zion.
Warm-O-Rama:
20x side straddle hop
15x imperial storm trooper
10x toy soldier
12x long snapper
10x slow windmill
The Thang:
Mosey to Mt. Zion – stopping for 10x slow mericans and 10x slow squats along the way.
11's: mericans and church steps (10x Mericans, 1x stair flight; 9x Mericans, 2x flight, etc.)
Stretchy stretch: Lower back and quads
11's: WW2 sit-ups and squats (in the cemetery, per Possum's request)
20x dips on church steps
Mosey back to launch, stopping for 10x big baby crunch along the way
Mary:
BLMFers to 15
Moleskine:
Low mumble chatter due to the amount of counting required by the pax, but we did get a math quiz from Possum, and Bijoux regaled us with facts about Jupiter (of course, it was triggered by a Uranus reference)
Possum asked about going to the cemetery, so we did our second set of 11's on the cemetery road, discussing the appropriate cemetery decorum as we did our reps
Bel-Air just shows up and works. No quit in that guy, for sure.
Coffeeteria included 3 from Fission, 4 from IronPax, and 2 swimmers. Great convo, inculding kids named George, social security, and 62-year-olds with new Corvettes, among other things.
Hope y'all had a fun time!
