No show to be seen, so mosey to the corner and indian run to rock pile.

  • Sit-ups-Arms Crosses (30 Seconds)
  • Backs at a 45 degree angle-Arms Crosses (30 Seconds)
  • Same position arms out palms up (30 Seconds)
  • Same position arms out palms up (30 Seconds)
  • Same position arms crossed (30 Seconds)
  • Sit ups- arms crossed (30 seconds)
  • Switch with partner and repeto.
