12 Pax got their F3 credit for today (officially just now) by running a simple #Java route this morning. We mixed in various ‘Mericans, squats, jump-squats, lunges and abs. A good time was had by all. Outlaw was late and Lone Star was even later. Even later than normal. Stromboli narrowly avoided being flattened at the fountain and all Pax’ pace increased when running with tomatoes.
