A tale of squats, kettlebells and Brazilian blowouts….


Inspired by our friend Chicken Little's workout at the Glen on Saturday,   I decided to focus on areas where I know I'm weak.  Legs and back and chest.  And then proceeded to destroy them.

This is how it went down.

Pick a Partner.  I called this the Brazilian Blowout since it's we had it in front of the hair salon Pyle goes to regularly.

  • 200 Double  Decline Chest Press

  • I believe our fearless former MQ is officially out recovering from surgery.  Get better Cupcake.  Chief offered massages again. 
  • There was a lot of runner and ruckers out there this morning, but only the truly brave 8 decided to take on the bells. 
  • We lost Lear right around the time we got to the fountain.  I think he was flipping the bird as he was walking away.
  • What is a brazilian blowout, anyways?
